Does Simplicity wear a tie?
"In the quest for Simplicity it is worth asking where do ties come from... and whether they are going to be around for long? Will Simplicity finally take over ?"
Trends come and go, but one trend that does seem to be on the way out is the suit and tie in the workplace. Although it is still regarded as a uniform for business, is it often seen as a sign of seniority. Formal wear is meant to make a person look positive and professional. A tie has grown to become a symbol of business rather than everyday attire. For most, it is not comfortable and reflects little on your actual work output. Although, ties may be around for many years to come, the workplace is quickly becoming a place where business casual is the overwhelming norm rather than a suit and tie.
